1. How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location in Egypt.
2. Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within Egypt, but regional delivery is coming soon.
3. Are your perfumes original?
Our perfumes are inspired interpretations of high-end fragrances, blended with premium ingredients for long-lasting performance.
4. Can I return a perfume if I don’t like the scent?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for scent preference. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
5. How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation message. Once shipped, our delivery partner may contact you directly.
6. Do you offer gift packaging?
